After checking the service manual and rereading your first post where you stated that the exhaust temperatures were different on each stack I believe what you are experiencing is unequal fuel delivery between the two plungers rather than a timing problem.There is test equipment that is necesary to check this,since it is a little confusing I would rather you called me if you still are planing on working on this pump.I won't be home today but call me tomorrow at 308-382-6651
