Bill: I had one of those for adjusting PTO on my 560. CaseIH should still have those. I should still have mine somewhere, although must admit I haven't seen it lately. The tractor is long gone. Failing both of those ideas I think I could direct you on making one. It is about 1 foot in length and made from material 3/16 x 3/8. At the end you use inside the take off it is shaped like a wood chisel in that taper is all one way. Off hand I do forget which way. Can you tell by the picture in you manual. I hope this helps, let me know how you make out.
