An awful lot of the older nonpressurized radiators got replaced with the newer version, so knowing what year the change took place might not do you any good. The easiest way to tell the difference I think, would be to take note of what style of fasteners hold the grille to the radiator. If yours has the dzus fasteners, it is the nonpressurized radiator. If, on the other hand, it is held in place with common hex head bolts, then you have the later pressurized radiator. There are some other differences also, but this is the most easily recognized way. By the way, the dzus fastener will have a slot that you can put a screwdriver in.
