Thanks to all of you who responded to my problem of low oil pressure in my "new" Super A. I refaced the pump body plate using emry cloth and a flat surface and replaced the gasket. The gears did show some wear but I decided to hold off for now on replacing them. I put the pump back in this past weekend and I now have oil pressure between 30+ and 45+ psi depending on engine speed. I probably could get another 10 psi or so by replacing the idler and body gear, but I think this fix is adaquate for now. Thanks for all of your help.
