I have a H that had water left in it 25 years ago and it busted the thermostat housing and cracked the water jacket plate on the outside of the block. The motor was run after this damage. When I got it the oil was all drained out and i have no idea if it was leaking internaly. I pulled the sleeves out and it is really oily under them and their is no signs of cracks. Where should I look for cracks and could this block be OK it sentimental value?
