Don't know about the loader, but I hope your 424 has power steering. I used to have a 424 and it is a great tractor, but mind did not have the PS which was an option. Also, the 424 has a separate reservoir for the hydralics(does not use the transmission for the oil source) and I think you may need additional capacity (an add on reservoir) for a loader.
