Once you get the tire to the point the bead sticks tightly to the rim, try taking a 3lb hammer and driving the bead over the rim. It goes kinda slow but works. Try not to hit the rim though, or you'll say "@#$%" or something similar, cause it will bend the rim. Good Luck!
