Here is procedure we used:
Tools required, air compressor, 2 or 3 tire irons (used 3 ft sections off an old leaf spring)

USE EXTREME CAUTION AS THE TIRE AND RIMS ARE HEAVY AND IF THE TIRE IS OVER INFLATED IT CAN EXPLODE. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF PROCEDURE HIRE A PRO. I WOULD NOT LIKE TO SEE SOMEONE INJURED.

1)Mark rim with => for direction of tire tread before removing old tire.
2)Remove old tire
3)Place rim on some 4x4 inch block on its flat on garage floor.
4)Place new tire on rim so tread is aligned with => from step 1.
5)Work lower tire bead over the upper side of rim by putting the bead in the center of rim and using tire irons to pry bead over rim.
6)Insert tube inside tire and algin valve stem to hole in rim. Pros had a tool that was a T handle and chain with a nut that they could thread thru valve stem hole and attach to valve so when tire was on they just pulled T handle and it would pull the valve stem thru the hole in the rim.
To prevent pinching the tube, we would put the valve core in the tube and just put enough air in the tube to take the wrincles out of the tube but not enough that you could not squeeze the walls of the tire together.
6)Start the upper side of the tire on the rim at the valve stem hole. Work the tire onto the rim in both directions away from the valve stem hole.
7)It is VERY IMPORTANT to CONTINUALLY SQUEEZE the tire into the center of the rim to give enough slack to continue working the bead over the rim from both directions with the tire irons. BE CAREFUL NOT TO PINCH THE TUBE WITH THE TIRE IRONS. Eventually the tire should be forced over the rim. I have seen some pros beat them on the last 6 inches or so with a sledge hammer but do not recommend that method.
8)Fish the valve stem thru the hole in the rim and secure with nut.
9)Apply tire lubricant/sealer or soapy water around both rim beads.
10)Inflate tire until tire bead pops out onto rim bead but do not inflate above 50 psi.
11)Adjust air pressure in tire to recommended PSI.

BE CAREFULL WHEN INFLATING TIRE FOR THE FIRST TIME
THAT FINGERS DON'T GET CAUGHT BETWEEN RIM AND TIRE.
