International U4 Power Unit Carb problems

When I got the unit from the previous owner he had removed the bowl from the carb and given me so he thought all the pieces but there is a hole in the bottom of the carb that something is missing from, I suspect a mixture needle of some sort if you look at the photos maybe someone out there will recognize whats missing and help me out on it. I may wind up buying another carb idf anyone out there has one let me know the number on the side of the carb is 9047D and from the looks of things it is an IHC carb. Thanks for the help in advance.
