I agree with Dave that it may depend upon what your bearing is made of but I would say yes a little dab in the bearing and a little dab on the shaft. Like Dave said too much could be thrown off and ruin the clutch, but no lube on the pilot bearing and it will catch the shaft over time and make it difficult to shift gears as the shaft won't stop turning, making it seem like the clutch is engaged.
