As others said, the system only develops pressure when the touch control sytem is activated to move the rockshaft arms. One solution to your problem is to get a block to install in under the manifold connection at the touch control unit. Saginaw County Tractor sells these. The block has the connections to send the oil through a separate system before it goes to the touch control unit. However, I would question if the C has enough hyrdaulic pump capacity to run something with a hydraulic motor. Even it you have enough pump capacity, you may have trouble with overheating due to the low volume of the reservoir and no provision for cooling the oil. You may be better off to just get a hydraulic pump to run off the PTO. You'll have to install a separater reservoir.
