Hi Jeff, the parking brake bande is bad, try to adjust the cable first. It sound like a leak in the brake piston O rings, bleed the brake, wait one day and if not work, you may have to change the O rings. What's the model of the loader? May be a 2250 IH? If one,park on level, bucket down, remove the two rear pins, slowly back up the tractor for two feet, lift the loader and back until the front of the loader frame is on the ground.
