Still need help is this a cub unit gen-set

Still looking for help on this unit guys,Has anyone seen something like this? Not should if unit was org red the cart its on was blue and the bottom side if the generator box is blue. It has a small tractor motor in it that has a tin like tag that say cont motors but not sure if that wasnt put on there.Because it has a mageno on it ,there is no throttle on it.So the governer much kick in when it is under a load.The motor runs great but we still need to know more on the generator box that mounts to the engine.Its a gas engine,
