The book says .013 Hot. Procedure is same as for any valve train, adjust each tappet when the cam lobe for that valve is on the base, the valve is fully closed, and the tappet is loose. You can adjust several valves from one position (either intake or exhaust) but I don't remember the sequence, and it's not in the book. Perhaps someone will post it.
