Clint: A sickle mower that mounts on axle of a C, without a tail caster wheel is a model 16. I expect it is called a C-16 as IH made the same mower to bolt on back of A or SA. It was calld an A-16. IH used that system a lot. I'm thinking there is not a lot of different pitman sticks, as the actual mowing machanism on mounted, semi-mounted and trailers remained the same from 1940 through to the days of the balanced head mowers.
