I got most of my oil seals (clutch, steering, water pump, countershaft, etc) from NAPA auto parts store. Just call them with the part number from the seal and they can cross-reference it. My felt seals, I'm putting back in the tractor. I'm not sure where you'd go to find them other than to do the same thing - call a parts store and see if they can cross-reference to anything they carry. If they have oil seals and so forth, I don't know why they wouldn't have packing to put in the transmission front also. Didn't mean to sound contradictory. The only seals I've had to buy from Rice were two front wheel oil seals @ a whopping $22.64/ea (got most of the rest from NAPA anywhere from $7-$12)! Good luck!
