c or 200 Woods C80

I have an M my brother bought an 8N (fool), Now he needs a real tractor to mow his 80. I found him a C and a 200 he would like to know which would be better? I told him either would be better than that Ford. 8N, and 80acres do not mix. I just got a woods C80 6 ft. pull brush hog where can I get info on it?
