disking problems

Today i was hauling gravel from a local gravel pit witch is located on a farm with lots of ih tractors the guy is kinds rough on equipment thow he goes threw a diskbine a year!!! well one load i saw him start disking a field about 40 acers or so right next to the pit he had his 1066 going along and i watched the left rear alex on the disk start losing disks and when i came back for another load he was still going complete axel missing on the third trip he was right near the access to the pit and he stopped to visit and he comented on how bad of a job the disks were doing and i kinda joked it would work better if they were complete and he looked he never noticed the were missing a complete row of disks. i have to admit he grows the best corn i have ever seen i mean it gets 15 feet tall you cant see the wagon when he goes around i have to wonder how some one can be so rough on eqipment and just not care??
