You sound like it is flooded wont run on one cycl there are more firing than that check your wires are they correct firing order and clean all plugs and try again putting the plugs in different cycls that from what they were when you toof them out.I f you have fire for one the rest should fire also as the same points fire all four cycls so points are not your problem.
