Farmall 200 Hydraulics

Just picked up a 2 pt plow for my 200, I am unable to raise the plow to transport. There may be some binding in the fast hitch mech but it does raise the hitch when empty but it is rather slow. Is there any adjustment on the safety valve, pressure regulator or relief valve that I could try before getting into the pump.
