Hey Doctor, I am not sure if your question is retorical. But anyway, 14" rims are available for the M, Super M, and 400. Probably fit H's too. The guy who ran for US president several elections ago and who also owns a rim factory makes them. I can't remember the brand name. I bought a pair from Mark Mathis in Athens(?), MO for around $160. I put 15.5x38 radials on them. They are on a SMTA. The only problem with the rims is that they are missing the anti-spin blocks. I welded on a couple 5/16 thick stainless steel plates.
