Having completed reinstalling the head on my 560D and adjusting tappets, etc., I attempted to reinstall the valve cover only to realize that it apparently means that either the exhaust or intake manifold has to come back off to enable the valve cover to be re-installed. I'm planning to remove the exhaust manifold, since it is easier to re-install than the intake manifold. Am I correct that there isn't any other way of getting the valve cover back into its position without removing one of the manifolds? Thanks.
