Jeff: I have a 300 Utility that needs EVERYTHING except engine work. I'm figuring $2,000 - $3,000 in restoration costs. But where else could I get a tractor that tough, and like new, for that amount? Even if they still made them, they would be $20,000 or more new. Considering what you'll end up with, $3,000 sounds like a bargain compared to a new Craftsman garden tractor for $1,600. Mark W.
