anyone seen a 460 highway set up?

i have aquired a ih 460 utility gas that was set up for the highway department. it has a inclosed cab, turf tires, a ten foot 4 way blade on front, with a massive wieght mounted up under the rearend. it has 2 remote hydralics and the farmer i got it from mounted a live pto and drawbar, it has a awesome governor on it it will go down the road at about 30 mph and when you come to a hill it will pick up to about 40 mph. the farmer i got it from used it on the blower for a 60 and 75 foot silo and said it worked very well for that has anyone ever seen one of these or have any info? oh yeah its painted high orange thanx
