Thanks Jim. I Checked out your suggestions today and couldn't find anything that was stuck or broken. The rubber seal on the check valves looked ok except one stabillizer seal that had a knick. I cleaned everthing but it still didn't work. One fellow that replied on the general talk board said it might be an open center valve dumping oil back to reserve tank. Unfortunately, our local dealer never handled the industrial line so doesn't have books and the next one is 70 miles away. so maybe I'll post a request for someone to email me the pages.
