Tried plowing for the 1st time

I put my old Oliver plow master 100 on my H and tried to plow a sweet corn garden. I really have no idea how to plow but I gave it a go. I got about 30 feet and got stuck. I had to unhook and lift the plow out with the loader. I think the ground is still to wet. Although it seemed that the plow just dove down deep and would have gone deeper if it could have. Not quite sure how to set it up I guess. I will get back out there in a week or so and try again.
