Gary everyone has given good counsel to you but I think we should start with obvious and work towards what others have suggested. What grade of oil are you using ? How long has it been in the tractor?Do you use your tractor in cold weather?. Too light an oil will run lower pressure, also oil contaminated with gasoline will run lower pressure, pull the dipstick and smell, if you detect a gasoline smell , change the oil. We are often lulled by petroleum companies about their wonderfull multigrade oils and remember these older tractors were designed for the old 30 HD oils and when they had some wear on them the dealer simply recommended a higher viscosity, like a 40 HD. I have found from experience that an additive like STP can raise oil pressure. Now if you have checked all this out go with what the other fellows have told you, I agree with them 100% but I like to examine the problem real close before I get out my tool box. As Stephen said 15psi is tolerable. You didn't say if it was at revs ar at idle, I don't ever worry about an oil guage that drops back as an engine warms or idles, I want to see some change when I rev it. Good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario
