HELP !! FARMALL (A) GENERATOR WIRING

I HAVE A NEW 6 VOLT POS GROUND REGULATOR WITH 3 TERMINALS ON TOP (L) (BAT) (F) AND ONE TERMINAL (BAT) ON THE BOTTOM OF THE REGULATOR.I HAVE THE WIRING SCHEMATIC , BUT IT IS NOT OVERLY HELPFUL BEACAUSE THE LIGHT SWITCH IS AN AFTERMARKET REPLACEMENT AND IS ONLY A 3 POSITION RATHER THAN 4. THE GENERATOR IS ALSO NEW AND HAS TWO TERMINALS (A) AND (F) CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO WIRE HER UP !! ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED. JON MIRGON
