old rear light bracket

My John Deere Collector buddie found an old rear light in his shop . It's a regular guide light like you find on an early cub but it has a smaller tear drop red tail light mouned piggy back on top it has a cast bractket w/ IHC#9231DA. Anyone know what it might be offen?
