Hello C Betts, --- 20 / March / 2003 --- All International Harvester Co. farm tractors and crawlers were called "McCormick Deering" (also the "Farmall's"), from 1921 to 1947 and maybe even later. The McCormick Deering "I-12" (Prefix Letters 'IS') was made from 1934 to 1938. SERIAL NUMBER's for the 'I-12' are; 1934 ---- 512 to 774 1935 ---- 775 to 974 1936 ---- 975 to 1524 1937 --- 1525 to 2494 1938 --- 2495 to 2703 The McCormick Deering "I-14" (Prefix Letters 'IS') was made from 1938 to 1939. SERIAL NUMBER's for the 'I-14' are; 1938 --- 2704 to 3013 1939 --- 3014 to 3598
There were also the 'F-12 and F-14 (FS)' and the 'W-12 and W-14 (WS)' and the 'O-12 and O-14 (OS)' and the 'Fairway 12 and Fairway 14 (FOS)' Tractors made by IHC, at the same time as the Industrail Tractors were made.
