My question is when tearing in to my H magneto housing I found I had a grove where the seal rides. In order to fix this i need to know where to get a seal kit to restore the shaft at a reasonable cost. Another alernative may be to change the shaft. When i looked in my IH parts manual it showed two shaft numbers 45001- d which it looks like to me it takes a smaller seal. The other shaft number is 352079-r91 which takes a bigger seal. I have the 352079-r91 shaft and i also have the 4500-d shaft . My question is how is the seal different i know there is a serial number break. THANKS ANY HELP .Also the housing numbers are the same 6387-D but the seal end is made alittle different in the houing.
