This vibration is not very likely in engine as overhaul would have changed it a bit. Try holding clutch in and out as well as various gears. Remember these actions may change tone. If they make it go away vibration is in transmission or rearend. If vibration presists though I would look at Independant PTO drive. Those were not exactly quiet when those tractors were new. One other slim possibility is hydraulics. How are they working? Could be a malfunction in presure relief valve. My number one suspect though is PTO. That PTO does create some resistance even when out of gear. Try moving the PTO lever to the center so brake is neither holding nor PTO is engaged. See if that makes a difference. Another good way to find this vibration is get a good hardwood broom or shovel handle. Put one end to your ear and go around tractor placing other end on various parts of tractor. It is amazing what you will hear and be able to zero in on. Good luck and let me know how you make out.
