New replacement pads are available thru OEM tractor parts-1-800-283-2122. Not sure on the thickness though, old round baler belting makes a good replacement. There should be studs on the bottom of the radiator with springs under the castle nuts allow for movement. Make sure you use sealer if you have to replace the studs.
