I have a double clutch system on my 434. When I press my clutch pedal right to the floor it takes a few seconds for the gears to wind down. I think it's an adjustment as there is no clutch slippage. Could I unloosen the pedal clamp nut where it connects to the clutch release shaft (protruding from the housing), give a 1/16 turn clockwise of the clutch release shaft, then re-tighten the lock nut? The service manual I ordered is in the mail so I'm working blind on repairs till then. Thanks
