I can not agree with the letter series being better, or even worth more, than a number series IH. The number series are so much more refined over the letter series, and a darn good looking tractor too ! I got to have hydraulics, and hand it to the number series, and beyond, IH models ......... the fast-hitch, or the 3 point, are more of a plus also .... SMTA is a great tractor, Super C too, but the number series is when IH took off !!
