It wasn't an honest mistake on his part at all. After tearing it down and finding the crap inside that supposedly had all been redone!!! The parts that were "new" that weren't new at all!! As far as small claims court, it has been too long and the guy would have weaseled out of it since he was on disability. He was probably making more money on disability and reselling tractors than I make working two jobs and paying taxes on both! If I honestly thought it was a mistake I'd feel better but I am convinced it was deliberate.
