You will get no argument from me. I've probably got $2-3000 in repairs to a C (no comparison to a MDTA), with no engine work. Point is tractors cost a lot to repair, full restoration or not. If you have a diesel (I don't) you can probably double that cost. My response to the post above was merely to state my opinion on why the guy wanted that much money for a MTA -- I wouldn't pay that much, if someone else does, fine. I currently have 5 farmalls (wish I had an MTA), have "finished" one of them. I have just started a stage 2 Super H, and am going to have several hundred dollars in just seals, gaskets, bearings, clutch, etc, without even touching the engine or the rest of the drive train. I'm doing it as a hobby, not to make money, and would not get my money back even if I did try to sell them.
