Your problem is common , It can be fixed by first checking the dist and making sure that the centrifacl adv. is working (probable not the way it should work ) But then it would have to be checked on a dist. machine for the proper curve. . But try this open the main fuel screw 4 1/2 turns off the seat , check the timming at and idel it should be at TDC add 5 dregrees advance to it and then check wide open adv. you don't want to go over 28 degrees total.
