I'm all for chains and binders. Don't bother to buy the "cheap" chain. Get good, strong black chains. Bind tight in at least 4 places, set the brake and stick it in first gear. If anything is loose, ie stack or caps, take them off so they don't end up along the road somewhere between pick-up and destination. When you bind a steel wheeled tractor with a chain, binder and 3 ft pipe, it will stay put. Tie the chain handles after binding so they don't come loose.
