kim, i think that what you did was the right thing. But he apologised and he is sincer. i should know this because he is a very good friend. when he told me what happened i could see that it crushed his heart. He loves this web site.I know because half the time i cant get ahold of him on the phone. Please take the time to read this postes from others:Since he is blocked from posting he asked for the following to all the fine people of this board. "I am sorry for running my mouth and that it wasnt right, I do now that!" "Children should never have to read/hear words like i used while i frequented this site." He felt sincere enough about it to post on another site to ask for someone to help him out. Have fun all. Remember: DO NOT SHOOT MESSENGER. :>) P.S. I really do not care what happened, so please no long strings on any previous foolishness.
While I do not care for offensive language in the public arena, I would have to vote to give Steven a second chance.

His other posts do not reflect that language and it appears that this occurrence was a one-time faux pas.

Steven always had tractor related posts and I don't think he realized the etiquette associated with the board..he apologized and I'm for seeing him back, He's an OK guy by me. Mike in Exeter Ontario
I know not what happened but this day in age it is hard to find someone that is man/woman enough to apologize for their actions in person let alone an anonymous keyboard. I'd give someone of this character another shot.

If he is man enough to apologize I vote for another chance. Hopefully Kim will see it that way also.Nuff said!

I think banning may have been a little bit too harsh. A good warning would have sufficed in my opinion. We all have our bad days and sometimes those words come out. We just need to remember to use the shift key and the number line when that happens, for example: I smashed my *@&#^ thumb.

I think he should be allowed to post again, but definitaly no more tolerance for swearing. Just my opinion, your mileage may vary.

It was never my intention to get him banned from the board when I posted the comment about his language.I dont know if any of you guys and gals noticed he on more than one occasion, used the words I was refering to in many of his post.If it werent for my son asking me why he spelled "a double s" the way he did with the extra "s"I wouldnt have even bothered.Steven,I do appologize and Ill send Kim an email asking her to let you back on.
