The short answer is yes. You will have to remove the grill, raditor, fan, lower water outlet, upper water intake, take the steering shaft loose, block up the tractor, remove the front bolster and wheels, and the govenor. Now you are ready to take the front pully off, some of them have set screws, some don't, check yours out. You will need a split bearing puller and a two or three jaw gear puller. (If you try to take it off without a split bearing puller add the cost of a new pully to your project.) In most cases you will need to heat the hub of the pully in order to get it to come off. Now you can remove the front cover and you are there at the core of your problem. GOOD LUCK
