The touch control units frequently get out of adjustment in such a way that when the rockshaft arms are all the way forward or back, the unit continues to run pressure even though the cylinders are at the end of the travel. You can tell when this happens because the tractor engine will have that sound of being loaded. Move the control levers slightly so the engine unloads. If the unit runs continuosly on high pressure, it will quickly overheat.
