HI If using bolts make sure you know the Grade ( hardness ) . The most common are grade 2 the is a bolt with no markings or lines. Next would be grade 5 that is a bolt head with three line, in a Y ( or star pattern on the head ). Grade 5 That is as hard as I would go , I'm using a Allis Chalmers WD and a Older woods bushhog. I just have no luck using grade 2 or 3 . But it would be better for you to start there and be safe than sorry( lower grade bolts). 500 in repairs in cheap for some brushhogs and tractors parts. Bolts are cheaper than parts and time,labor. Never use any bolt you are not sure of. Have a Good One!! Punchie
