I have pretty much traced the ownership of my 36 F-20 back to basically when tractor was new. I am now just the 3rd owner and knew the previos guy who had it for many many years. That guy is now deceased, but put me in touch with the guy bofore him before he died. This info all came pretty easy and i didn't really put any real big effort into doing it. Didn't really find out much more than ownership and what they used it for. I would say anyone could have some success in dong what I done except for the possibility of running into deceased owners. Family and neighbors might not be of much help in the info department. Also, you will probably find that most owners didn't keep explicit records of service, or a log book of what the tractor done each time it was used. The listing that you found under the hood of the service done I would guess to be a rare occasion.
