The original radiator from factory, had cushion type washers in between the radiator and the tractor at the bottom. If you installed a radiator without these, that might explain the 5/8" difference in height. Not sure if it would help the bolt holes being off, since they are off from front to back. However on the H there is a rod that mounts to the radiator and runs back to I believe the guage/steering shaft tower. This rod is adjustable and adjusts the top of radiator to the correct position front to back. May be the cuase of the holes not lining up on radiator sides.
