I would guess one of two things happened. The block you used between the hydraulic manifold and "Touch Control" housing was put on backwards or upside down. Don't know anything about C hydraulics but my Cub has a block for auxilary power. If it goes on wrong, it will block the pressure port and destroy the pump or one or more of the gears behind the timing cover. My guess is that it can't go on wrong because it probably has three boltholes that are not arranged in an equilateral triangle. The other possibility is your valve for the loader is a "closed center" type. If the lever for this valve is in the center position, it will not allow oil to return to reservoir unless it has a built-in relief valve. If you have a relief valve you would have heard it squealing. Your system needs an "open center" valve. You can check that by blowing air in the inlet and having it come out the outlet when the valve is centered.
