574 Questions

I've just purchased a IH574 bearing the serial #2310011B101907. Where does the serial # start. What year model is it. It also has made in great britain on it. Is that normal? From what I've read, the parts were made in britain and assembled in America. Does everyone else have Made in Great Britain stamped on theirs or am I the only one? Please help, as I am very familiar with a green tractor and haven't a clue about a red one. This seemed to be a really nice one so I swapped sides for the time being.
