Any of us who work wiht or around livestock need to always remember that they are potentially as dangerous as any spinning PTO, or farm implement. I raise horses and have suffered many kicks, and a few bites over the years, and its just part of it. 2 months ago I bought a new Belgian gelding and at 1700 lbs he is a gentle giant, but moving him into my pasture he spooked and ran over me with all four feet. I was lucky and not injured just a little sore from the incident. Anyway we just need to be aware and take precautions not to get injured whenever possible. Just like wiht people when the fear factor kicks in there only thought is gettign away from danger, and that makes them very very dangerous
