Tim I've got a buddy that does something similar, he mounts the hydraulic driver under the hood of an H or M , just below where the gauges mount. So the steering wheel and the shaft appear normal as they lead into the hood. He uses a hydraulic cylinder to direct the aftermarket wide front end. He replaces the front bolster with one he builds out of steel plate and bars to support the heavy duty loaders he installs. His replacement bolster includes a heavy duty hydraulic pump driven directly from the crankshaft. It all works great and looks very professionally done. Dick If there is interest I could try and post some pictures of his work.
