I don't think you need to worry, if you are concerned, then take care not to plug the small holes, but 60 pounds of oil pressure will wash any assembly lube out of the little holes real quick... The purpose of the assembly lube is to ensure you have lubrication at start up until oil pressure builds up and everything in the engine has proper lube.. I use Napa brand, and it seems to me if you get too much on, it'll just run off anyway
